Our Experienced Coaches
14 Regional Team
Tricia Moore – Head Coach
“My love of volleyball began at the age of 13 as a player for St. Francis de Sales Middle School and as a Newark Terminators Club Member where I was fortunate to compete in the Junior Olympic National Championships in Albuquerque,
New Mexico. After middle school I went on to play all four years at Newark Catholic High School. I have had the privilege of coaching the freshman team at Newark Catholic High School and most recently have coached the Newark Volleyball Association Regional Team. Playing volleyball, especially club volleyball, has had a very positive impact on my life and I am excited to help young athletes compete, grow, and learn to love this sport as much as I do.
Outside of Volleyball, I work full time as an elected official for the City of Newark and am raising three great kids, with my husband Matt. My daughter Lila is a member of the NVA Eagles as well. I look forward to coaching another season with the Newark Volleyball Association. Go Eagles!”
